If I got into trouble, I'd have to bail myself out or take the consequences. It seemed unreal. Finally, I was allowed to bathe and was given fresh clothes. I had a cell in the max. secur. wing near Maiju set up and was just going to whisk her there, but NOOOOOOOOO! This wasn't funny. Well, granted, she was mouthing off pretty good; admirable, but not terribly smart under the circumstances, but you have to be living with this thing for a while to understand how bad of a move that was. As soon as I realised it was powering up I threw myself between them and ended up getting a nasty burn to the left upper torso. Princess' descriptions. They displayed the same shocked attitude that she had found in others. Their questions were detailed, causing her painful memories, but amazing her with their thoroughness. They were determined to leave no stone unturned, and left the cell reassuring her that Zoltar would do everything in his power to see that the crime was punished. She turned towards the catering slot and dialed for its menu. Her eyebrows rose as she viewed the selections: Many were from Earth. A small notice informed her that, until her medical exam was completed and her sensitivity to Spectran foods identified, she would be supplied with Earth foodstuffs. The Spectrans had not only gone to great lengths to acquire the foodstuffs, they'd taken pains to learn how it should be prepared. She returned the cleared plates to the catering slot, where they were whisked away. Then she looked at her cell. It was gloomy, smelled strange, and felt forbiddingly cold to her spirit. She turned back to the computer and called up the online shopping network.
